Design a protype restaurant for Pioneer Take-out Corporation, exploring a new image with an expanded service strategy for their franchised chain of "fast food" chicken concerns. Include display cooking, a small entertainment center, and an environment pleasant for both staff workers and multi-aged patrons.
The primary idea was to create an image with a reference to historic pioneers juxtaposed to contemporary pioneers. A simulated covered wagon train moves through the restaurant and an outdoor dining courtyard. Conventional seating is also provided indoors in the triangular, low-ceiling area. The modern building form and construction are in contrast to the playful and old-fashionedc wagon train seating. Year completed: 1984
